College Affiliation Agreements

Students completing their clinical rotations through school affiliation agreements are registered with the Department of Volunteer Services.  The application process consists of reference and background checks, medical clearance, intake interview, and completion of a two hour mandatory orientation.   The students come from over 25 New York State colleges, universities and health career schools.  Students’ clinical rotations are supervised by school preceptors or Maimonides employees.

• Pediatric Genetic Counseling
• Pharmacy
• Physical Therapy
• Physician Assistant
• Radiation Therapist
• Radiology Technician
• Respiratory Care
• Speech Pathology
• Ultrasound

Medical and Social Work students are processed by the Department of Academic Affairs. Nursing students are processed by the Department of Nursing.
