Orientation
Maimonides provides it’s newly hired nurses with an extensive, individualized and preceptor-based orientation program that lasts eight to twelve weeks, depending on the individual’s prior experience.
After the completion of general orientation, a specialized orientation will ensue. We offer extended advanced care orientation for specialty areas depending on the department. All orientations are based on milestones and weekly meetings with a manager and educator, in a nurturing and supportive environment.
