Evaluation
- The Obstetric anesthesia fellow will be evaluated quarterly for intellectual ability, manual skills, attitude, management and interpersonal relationships by all faculty.
- The chairman and OB attending will discuss the fellow’s progress.
- The obstetric anesthesia fellow will evaluate each faculty for teaching skills, attitude, etc. The chairman will review each evaluation.
